Spotlight: Roosevelt Point Apartments

Business Spotlight: Roosevelt Point

Roosevelt Point

Roosevelt Point leases apartments from studio size to four bedroom, four bathroom. Most apartments can be leased either furnished or unfurnished. They host two buildings, each offering astounding amenities including a pool, a fitness center, and outdoor fireplaces and grills.

However, Roosevelt Point’s central location is more than a place to live; it’s an unmistakable part of the artists’ district. Young, talented musicians often perform outside Roosevelt Point during First Fridays Art Walk, and bright pieces by local artists adorn the interior walls of the building. They also are supporters of art-centric events such as the upcoming Chile Pepper Festival hosted by Roosevelt Row CDC.

“We try to feature artists each month, especially with First Fridays,” said Leasing Professional Merissa Vega.

Roosevelt Point

Carlos Rivas, who signs his pieces “Servous Nystem,” has been an integral part of Roosevelt Point’s local decor. A grand and beautiful mural of a bird welcomes residents into one of the two apartment buildings. Interior apartment building hallways are used to display local artwork as well.

Roosevelt Point is the perfect option for anyone looking to experience the artists’ district to the fullest extent by living in it! Leases are offered by apartment or by bedroom-bathroom, which is great for college students who want to live with friends. The leasing office can be contacted at (602) 687-1529.
