Founded in January of 2014, the Liberation Center was formed on the belief that treatment should meet the physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs of every patient. As a tranquil haven in the midst of downtown Phoenix, the center is able to provide unique programs designed with these needs in mind.

Being located in Roosevelt Row and Downtown Phoenix, Liberation Center provides patients with the opportunity to experience life instead of being isolated from the outside world during treatment. “Instead of just talking about going to a restaurant, we can actually go out and experience life,” said Dr. Lesley Williams. “Our patients aren’t isolated, instead they get community support”

Programs bring patients into the heart of downtown Phoenix and Roosevelt Row with frequent restaurant visits, fresh farmer’s market and grocery store trips, spiritual and meditation excursions, shopping trips, and cultural outings including seeing live performances and visiting galleries. The center also works thing PHX Renews to offer a therapeutic “Farm to Table” gardening and nutrition program for patients.

Liberation Center is a beautiful oasis in the heart of Roosevelt Row on 802 North 5th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003.
