That's why AzTLA and BIAA are joining together to distribute 200 safety helmets to kids 10 and under During the Roosevelt Row Harvest Festival on Saturday, October 20, 2007. There will be a brief safety presentation at 2 p.m., followed by distribution of helmets to all kids 10 and under in attendance.
