Pie Social

Forks up for Pie Social!

Roosevelt Row CDC and Phoenix New Times are delighted to present the 7th annual Pie Social celebrating community and pie!

The Pie Social features dozens of lip-licking delicacies baked by celebrity chefs and community members alike to benefit the Phoenix Union Bioscience High School arts programs.

Join friends and neighbors for an afternoon filled with pie tastings, live music, kids activities, on-site screen printing by ACME Prints, free glasses of milk by local farm Danzeisen Dairy and more.

There will be dancing. There will be merriment. There will be pie.

Located in the lovely courtyard of the Bioscience High School, the event will again feature 15 celebrity chefs from around the Valley dishing it out in a heated competition judged by a panel of judges and event attendees.

Pie Social patrons can either bake and bring 2 pies to exchange for 5 pie tasting tickets, OR pay $12 for 5 tasting tickets. We’ll add more details as the event date draws closer!

*Tips for community bakers: Savory pies, sweet pies and experimental pies are welcome! But bring pies that do NOT need refrigeration per county health code. That means no cream, ice cream, custard, etc.
