ADAPTIVE RE-USE OF TEMPORARY SPACE (A.R.T.S.) PROGRAM
A.R.T.S. is a vacant lot activation program launched to address the urban blight of empty lots in downtown Phoenix. Temporary activation projects for A.R.T.S. include art and craft markets, gardens, public art, cultural festivals, outdoor film and concerts.

Roosevelt Row Merchant Association (RoRoMA) fosters a vibrant and sustainable business community and a destination for arts and culture in Roosevelt Row. The membership fees support marketing, event coordination, advocacy, district amenities, and small business education.

MURAL MATCH PROGRAM
Mural Match Program (MMP) started in 2008 as part of a Roosevelt Row CDC initiative to eradicate graffiti and address neighborhood blight. It is a public art program serving the Roosevelt Row Arts District in Downtown Phoenix that works in partnership with communities, grassroots organizations, city agencies, schools, businesses and philanthropies.
