Mural Match Program (MMP) started in 2008 as part of a Roosevelt Row CDC initiative to eradicate graffiti and address neighborhood blight. It is a public art program serving the Roosevelt Row Arts District in Downtown Phoenix that works in partnership with communities, grassroots organizations, city agencies, schools, businesses and philanthropies.
