Fridays In Phoenix
Downtown Phoenix hosts one of the nation’s largest, self guided artwalks. Roosevelt Row serves as a central hub for the monthly artwalk every First Friday from 6 to 11pm.
Tour galleries, venues and art-related spaces to see a variety of artwork and to enjoy the spirit and culture of the city as you mingle with thousands of other residents and visitors. Free event shuttles are available through out downtown and are headquartered at the Phoenix Art Museum.
Places to Start
- Fifth and Sixth Street Merchants | Both north and south of Roosevelt, Fifth and Sixth streets are the home to eateries and shops of all sorts. Books, coffee, wine and vintage clothing can be found here.
- A.R.T.S. Market | Our market between Third and Fourth streets on the north side of Roosevelt makes use of temporary space available on Roosevelt Row. Stop by for a curated selection of local, handmade goods and visit the Hot Box Gallery.
- Galleries | From west to east, galleries like monOrchid, Modified Arts and Eye Lounge offer First Friday visitors a chance to see famed local and foreign artists in a classic gallery environment.
From June 6 to September 1, select businesses on Roosevelt Row are operating during Vampire Hours! Savor the nighttime with shops and restaurants catering to late night desires by staying open from 4 pm to 9 pm–or later.
